BDB Tech Services is the best around and can fix anything, anytime and from anywhere remotely. If they can’t fix it remotely than they will be there in person to accommodate your issue. BDB has been very accessible, readily available, and there has not been an issue that they couldn’t fix. With their maintenance and monitoring program they are proactive addressing issues as they arise and during Off hours. This virtually eliminates downtime and allows us to be productive as possible.
